OFFICES & SERVICES

A. Office of the Registrar. The office of the registrar takes charge in implementing policies on admission and other preliminaries to matriculation. It examines and processes the entrance credentials of students seeking admission to the college. It also takes responsibility for the implementation of policies on registration, transfer to other department and graduation of students. it is also responsible for keeping of all records, for the preparation of transcript of records, certification, diplomas, certificates, including issuance of ID cards,certification of good behavior, and referrals for employment.

B. Office of Student Affairs. The office of students affairs implements rules and regulations and other requirements insofar as student activities and welfare are concerned. It handles complaints/problems, as well as cases against students. It supervises students' organization and activities.

C. Office of Guidance and Counselling. It shall help students to overcome personal and other problems affecting the full development of their personality; It shall have the testing program that will gauge the potentialities and aptitudes of the students; It shall seek employment opportunities for the students, and coordinate with different agencies regarding employment.

D. Student Welfare. It shall provide facilities and services such as gymnasium, auditorium, book and school supply store, audio-visual, speech laboratory, museum cooperatives, medical-dental clinic and other much needed facilities.

E. Health Services. The Health Clinic services the medical needs of the College constituents for free consultation and provides health programs at cost.

F. Library Services. To service the library needs of the College constituency. The SJTCP library continually replenishes its collection and acquisition of library materials. It subscribes to both local and foreign periodicals and journals on education, business, management,computer and other fields.Newspaper and magazines of varied persuasions are also available.

G. Computer Facilities. There are fully air-conditioned rooms for classes enrolled in the computer courses.

H. Physical Education Facilities. The department of physical eduction is responsible for recommending and implementing programs designed to enable the students to reach excellent physical condition. It also takes charge of intercollegiate athletics including forms for creative expressions such as dances, athletics, organized games and the like.

I. Conference Room. Major presentation of the college and other social and curricular activities of both the faculty and students are held in the seminar room.

J. College Chapel. The College chapel is open to all students. It's a small room where students can come to communicate with the Supreme Being.

K. The Nation Builder. Is the official school organ of SJTCP which serves as source of information, thoughts and opinions, and venue for creative and responsible writing. It adheres to the policies, rules, and regulations embodied on the charter of idependent school papers. Articles of obscene graphics, libelous statements, and seditious in character are not permitted for publication.
